Ingredients
5-6 bone-in pork chops
2 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Chili Rub & Seasoning
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine seasonings; season both sides of room temperature pork chops. Place chops on grill and cook about 15-25 minutes depending on thickness, until internal temperature reaches 150°F on an instant-read food thermometer. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Brush with your favourite Sunset Gourmet Grilling Sauce, if so desired.
